This is a plea to wake up. Torn at the seams, it’s all in complete disorder. We march along with our blinders on, while mother weathers and fades away. She cries out for help, yet in return we scream... “not today”. This is a plea to wake up. Digging building, tearing and burning..slowly stripping away her purity. Shallow fixations, and a glimmer so dull, do you even care, what tomorrow holds? Her body will be laid to rest. The sun will rear it’s head, and avenge her end. Shallow fixations, and a glimmer so dull, with eyes half closed, we can’t avoid the fall. The ground will shake the waters will rise up. Digging, building, tearing and burning..the great demise will grace us all. Obsessed with self. In a world so torn, do you even care, tomorrow will be no more.
